Raiser's Edge Donor Database Coordinator

DOROT, Inc. is looking to hire a Raiser's Edge Donor Database Coordinator to manage and maintain the Raiser's Edge database of over 60,000 records, reporting to the Chief Development Officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain donor database to enhance accuracy, integrity, and security. 
  • Work closely with development, finance, and other staff and vendors to provide required data utilizing Raiser's Edge queries, exports, and reports.
  • Perform frequent data transfer to third party systems, including Convio. 
  • Maintain donor records; perform daily data entry, and execute weekly mail merges to generate donor acknowledgements.
  • Maintain all DOROT Board and donor files and correspondence from clients and donors.
  • Work with DOROT Board members on specialized mailings, receipt of donations, and donor acknowledgements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of work experience working with Raiser's Edge
  • Ability to create and run Crystal Reports
  • Detail oriented, with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively on team projects
  • Exemplary time and project management skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office 2010
