Want to avoid an import! Prospect tab experience??

 Greetings,

I have been burned before with imports but have an immediate need to add information to multiple individual records in their Prospect tabs, with no time for staff training on imports and therefore am trying to find other ways to get this prospect data "home" (In Raiser's Edge).  (though, I'm resigned to doing what's needed, if need-be!)

We have a prospect researcher using Wealth/ResearchPoint data to assign Rating Source and Rating Category info to our constituents already in Raiser's Edge. Looking at any Wealth/ResearchPoint FAQ's they all seem to say "use an import!" to get data in quickly. I noticed that in a Constituent BATCH you can cut down on data entry and use this batch type to enter what we need to NEW individual records (those who do not yet have records), so that may be helpful for future prospects but not helpful now for our current ones.

I have been poking around the GLOBAL ADD option...coming up empty but there must be a query that could help?  

 Any ideas/suggestions will be warmly accepted wit appreciative open arms,

Hi Kristin, I'm not sure I understand what information you are trying to get into RE, is it the Rating Source and Rating Category?  Or something else?  Knowing which fields you are trying to add would help us help you.
