Hello all, I am very new to RE, and we do not have very many stock gifts come through our organization. We receive stock , and our broker sells it and sends us an EFT transfer. My question is: What is the gift type difference between - Stock/Property and Pay stock/property? We have several old records that look like this, but when I searched for this in knowledgebase, all I could find was how to sell the stock, which changes the record entirely to Stock/property/sold.

    When a gift type has -pay as part of its name, it means that the gift was a payment on a previously entered pledge gift.
