Tracking Group Volunteers

My organization recently acquired Raiser's Edge and we are now in the process of implementing the Volunteer Module. We haven't found a lot of great information out there regarding group volunteers (i.e. A group of people volunteer from a corporation like Target). How do you track those people/hours/job/etc? We have a lot of corporations that send groups of volunteers but we're trying to figure out how to track the hours and the count of people when we don't necessarily get their names or contact info.
