All gifts on one line in an export file

Hi everyone! We are creating our year-end reports and are going to send the information to a printing company to print. I have a gift export built in RE and each gift has its own line in the export file. However, the printing company needs each constituent to only have 1 line with each gift being added to the same row and just add additional columns to fit all of the gifts. Is there any way to accomplish this type of export in RE?

Hi Adam, are you exporting the gifts through query? This will give you one gift per line. Try using Export to export the query. The gifts will be on the same line as the donor information. You do have to put in the number of gifts to export so make sure the number is high enough to include the donor with the most gifts.

Sounds like you are using a gift export and not a constituent export. If you want one line per constituent - use a constituent export.
