Organization relationship contact pulling individual record salutation

Options

I have an contact for an organization that also has an individual record. Is there a way to address that individual as a contact for the business without their spouse information included?  I don't want to create another record, just find a way to pull Mr. Company President when mailing the company. Not Mr. and Mrs. Company President because the spouse doesn't work for the company.

    Can think of 2 options:

You need to change your addressee/salutation selection that you use for contacts in your mailing to a format that is just the individual.  For our mailings that include contact the format I select is for them is one that is just the individual (for us 'informal single').

Or if you have some business contacts that you want to go out with both spouses names, you would need to create addressee/salutation formats such as "Business correspondence" and then select the format needed for each record, joint names or just single names.  I've got this on my long term "to do" list but for now we have just a couple that need both names on that I change them manually.
