Donors paying credit card transaction fee

Is there an an option in Net Community (Spark) to let donors have the ability to pay the credit card transaction fee on their donation? I see this for many other services of this type. I think someone would be willing to pay the $3 or $5 or $10 fee if they were given an option.

If not, is there some other way to implement it into the page?
