The College now seeks a Gift Administrator to join an existing team of development professionals.  The Gift Administrator will perform professional level review and management of gifts and commitments received to ensure accurate and timely input of all transactions and related information into the donor/constituent management database Raiser's Edge; completes the gift processing cycle by preparing gift receipts, pledge reminders, and reports; and manages the College's Matching Gifts program. This position requires an understanding of various gift types as well as the related IRS regulations and CASE standards.  Candidates with proven track record in providing excellent customer service, with great attention to detail and working knowledge of Raiser's Edge database, are encouraged to apply.  The Gift Administrator will report to the Assistant Director of Database and Reporting in the Development Office and work collaboratively with other members of the Advancement Services team and the division of Institutional Advancement.  Candidates must have at least three years of experience in data processing, gift administration, or related field, and a minimum of one year of experience in a position requiring high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Prior experience working in higher education and customer service is strongly preferred. Salary is commensurate with education/experience.
