Consultant & Trainer, Financial Edge - Phoenix, AZ

This position is responsible for supporting and training clients who use The Financial Edge and The Raiser's Edge, while serving as a liaison between functional areas within the organization to support 61 chapters across the United States and the national office in Phoenix, AZ. Furthermore, this position will take part in the development of standard operating procedures; ensure that software is being utilized fully and in compliance with organization-wide standards and requirements; manage and escalate Level I and Level II help desk tickets. Remote employees will be considered based on experience and product knowledge. A motivated, self-starter is essential for the role of a remote employee and a dedicated, quiet office space is necessary. Make-A-Wish America reimburses work-related expenses, provides work-related technical equipment and supplies, and reimburses work-related travel expenses required for the position. Employee is required to travel 30% of the time.
