    Incidentally, this past June, we requested from Blackbaud the Crystal installation and we received the Business Objects version which has a problem with dual monitors. There seems to be no way to update it through SAP. 



    There is a forum post on SAP's site about downloading a free trial of Crystal Reports XI R2 (11.5) and then applying the BO code to that one but now they're on version 2013 so I don't know if it will work. I'm downloading it now to see.
