Gift subtype reports in Raiser's Edge

I wonder if anyone knows which reports in Raiser's Edge would be able to pull data from the gift subtype on the gift record?

I think I'd ask support this.  Unless you can be more specific on what reports you're interested in.  There's no knowledgebase solution that lists them that I know of.

I know Cash Receipt Journal does (tab 7, optional columns).  Also can be pulled in Gift Detail and Summary Report.  Those are the only two I'm aware of as it's not something we pull into reports very much.   For some reports one can create a query of the desired gift sub-type records and choose those as the records to use in the report.   Easy to export it also.

Hi Lena,

JoAnn is correct. We are able to export this information. We will also see it in the Gift Detail and Summary Report to the Cash Receipt Journal. There is also the option to create a Pivot Report. This would be completed by creating a query of the gifts you want to use and outputting the gift subtype and any other fields. Use this query in a Pivot Report.

This report can be manipulated by using the PivotTable Field List and dragging and dropping the fields. This is also a viable option to report on Gift Subtypes from The Raiser's Edge.
