Position Summary This full-time, 40-hour per week position is responsible for creating and implementing Blackbaud NetCommunity (BBNC) solutions supporting University Advancement's online giving and engagement strategies. Responsible for actively participating in planning regarding BBNC capabilities in digital management of MSU Denver's online community and University Advancement portal. This includes migrating and updating site content and creating pages, parts, workflows, sites and templates for all executable and relevant features of NetCommunity. The NetCommunity Specialist reports to the Manager of Information Services and serves as a member of the Advancement Services team, primarily supporting University Advancement while leveraging marketing, communication and fundraising best practices. This position serves as first point of contact for NetCommunity services support and will partner with appropriate staff to integrate its use into processes that support overall engagement and fundraising goals. Consults with and make appropriate recommendations for UA collaboration and integration to University's strategic plan.
