The Manager of Data Systems and Gift Processing is responsible for managing The Raiser's Edge data system and processing and receipting all gifts made to the Foundation. Day to day activities involves complex data entry and reporting, which requires significant attention to detail. This position requires excellent computer skills and an understanding of relational databases. The Manger of Data Systems and Gift Processing works highly independently assisting with assignments, questions, and feedback. Additionally, this position regularly works with various departments to reconcile foundation accounts with university accounts and routinely communicates with both internal and external employees/stakeholders of the University. The successful candidate for this full-time role will have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) coupled with 3 or more years of previous experience working with relational databases (experience with The Raiser's Edge strongly preferred). Successful applicants for this role will have knowledge of financial and statistical record-keeping techniques. Solid technical and typing skills are needed. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and oral are needed for this high profile department.
