When you are in the donor's account click on the "Other" tab -- this is where you can make changes to the names on the account. Where it says "Default Recognition Name", enter in the name that the person would like to be recognized by. Where it says "Default Recognition Type," click on the drop down menu and select "Use Recognition Name." This will be the name displayed when the donor is recognized (versus the "name" field that holds the Account Name -- which you could leave as the legal name).
