PIH seeks individuals committed to the mission and values (see PIH Values) of the organization to join the team.General Responsibilities:The Development Systems & Operations Coordinator supports the Senior Development Operations Manager in their efforts to improve and maintain the information systems and processes related to the fundraising efforts at Partners In Health.  They are responsible for the maintenance of the Raiser's Edge database and all of the systems that relate to its use as well as the development and implementation of new processes to increase the efficiency and performance of the development department.Specific Responsibilities:Ensures the integrity, consistency and completeness of the Raiser's Edge databaseProvides technical guidance and operational support to all teams in the development departmentCreates and updates financial and analytical reports relating to the fundraising efforts at PIHMaintains the information systems, automated processes, and custom tools used by the development operations teamMonitors, troubleshoots, and improves the performance of third party services and products used by the development departmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree with exposure to computer science3+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably with database experienceRaiser's Edge experienceProficient in at least one programming language, Visual Basic preferredExperience with data analysis and/or reportingAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExperience in maintaining an efficient workflow that includes daily tasks, high priority short-term requests, and long-term multi-part projectsMust be very comfortable with technology and able to understand complex technical systemsAbility to work independently on individual projects while also working closely with all levels of staff to fulfill internal requestsClick here to apply
