Our mission is: excellence in the provision of healthcare services to communities in the Intermountain region.Our patients deserve the best in medicine, and we deliver.Job DescriptionThe Online Giving and Data Specialist, under the direction of the Philanthropy Systems Manager and as part of Intermountain Foundation's Philanthropy Data Services Team, is responsible for managing the system-wide use of Blackbaud's NetCommunity (BBNC) for all of the Intermountain Foundation fundraising programs system-wide.  This position's primary responsibility is to consult with Intermountain fundraising and communications teams in order to develop and maintain functional web pages that facilitate improved relationships with donors and prospects through a coordinated online giving strategy, automated gift acknowledgement, easier event registration and participation, and better stewardship communications with donors that nurtures donor connection to the organization and supports the overall advancement of Intermountain Foundation's online presence and fundraising goals. Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree.  Education is verified and degree must be obtained through an accredited institution.Four years of web design experience in a philanthropy setting.Knowledge of and demonstrated literacy in Blackbaud NetCommunity (BBNC) and Raiser's Edge (RE) programs, with experience executing BBNC for digital campaigns.Demonstrated strong knowledge of e-mail best practice in regard to e-solicitations, newsletters, and campaigns .Proficient use of the following software programs: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign (CS6), Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.Experience with HTML, XHTML and CSS.Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional and system-wide teams.Demonstrated working knowledge of Google Analytics and setting up reports.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a demonstrated ability to understand and speak to the technical aspects of philanthropic work and translate that language to mission-driven fundraiser.Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work independently, under pressure, while juggling multiple requests and competing deadlines.Physical RequirementsHearing/listening, manual dexterity, seeing, speakingPreferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of Blackbaud Target Analytics productsWorking knowledge of Blackbaud Event Registration productsExperience with building ADA compliant web pagesExperience in online cultivation and stewardship strategiesPlease NoteAll positions subject to close without noticeAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.Additional Details:Working Hours40Primary Work LocationCentral OfficesJob TypeFull TimeLocationUS-UT-Salt Lake City
