The Miami Dade College Foundation seeks an experienced fund raising professional for the position of Development Officer (position # 66190). The job requires a Bachelor's Degree plus five years' experience in annual fund management, direct solicitation, non-profit work or related fields. At least two (2) years of major gift fundraising or upper-level annual fund work or new client development is required with a demonstrated record of accomplishment. The successful candidate will be expected to carry a portfolio of 100 qualified prospects and conduct 15-20 external face-to-face visits monthly. This position reports to the Senior Director of Development. An understanding of Moves Management, familiarity with Raisers Edge and Microsoft Office Suite is critical.
