How do you get the details in an action to flow into the outlook calendar reminder?

We are looking to utilize actions more as currently we use outlook a lot for follow up calls, emails, meetings and so on and of course would like to have this in RE. What I am finding not usefull at all is that I can enter all of this great info into the action itself but it does not translate over into the outlook reminder. Seems very useless to me to have the reminder pop up in outlook and then have to go back into RE to dig and then make the call or whatever. Seems like double the work. Often times I attach a previous email or a pdf or letter or what not into my "regular" outlook appointment and I love that. Is there a way to pull more detail or info into the outlook piece? I have searched knowledgebase and the forum and not found anything... Thank you in advance!
