The Donor Stewardship & Database Administrator is a full-time exempt position with competitive benefits and is responsible for The Marine Mammal's Center's primary donor database, Raiser's Edge, as well as related sources such as Convio Luminate, DonateNow, Care2 and WellsFargo. The Administrator oversees all gift entry, data imports, constituent biographic data, and acknowledgements of The Marine Mammal Center's supporters, and has overall responsibility for data integrity within the organization's database. The Donor Stewardship and Database Administrator also manages the Development and Membership Assistant who handles donor acknowledgments for annual giving, tribute gifts and workplace giving. This position is also responsible for processing all credit and debit cards, importing data from external vendors and making sure all gifts are input with the proper appeal, mail and acknowledgment letter codes, while coordinating with Finance to ensure that all gifts are reconciled with the financial database. This role will create and streamline systems, develop reports and analytics to improve fund development activities, problem-solve with staff and vendors, and manage acknowledgment logistics. This extremely detail-oriented position requires a person with a high level of database and analytics experience, who enjoys being part of a donor support team and has an interest in The Marine Mammal Center's programs and mission.
