Care New England Health System is accepting applications for the position of Philanthropy Assistant, Information Services.

The Philanthropy Assistant for Information Services will be responsible for the review and processing of donor gifts, report generation, tracking program outcomes, and data quality control.  The incumbent will assist with other special projects and events. The Philanthropy Assistant will be responsible for providing other logistical and administrative support for the Philanthropy Department.

High school diploma required, Associate's Degree preferred, with at least three years' experience in office procedures, computer applications, and software programs. Experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge database, or other fundraising database preferred. Must have advanced data entry skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be fluent in the English language. Strong proofreading skills and high attention to detail are essential.
