Job Summary:

Reporting to the President and CEO, the Vice President (VP), of Marketing and Development serves as a key leadership team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting One Hope United.  In partnership with the CEO, this position is responsible for all marketing and communications and fundraising and development activities.  This successful candidate will help forge new relationships to build One Hope United's visibility, impact, and financial resources. In addition, the VP will work closely with Major Gifts Officer to support board members as they take on a more active fundraising role. It is expected that the amount raised by One Hope United will increase in future years as the VP systematically and effectively strengthens the organization's overall fundraising capacity.

 

Essential Job Functions

           

Marketing

• Supervises Marketing and Communications
• Develops customized goals to meet CD, and agency marketing needs
• Develops and maintains a strong brand for the Agency including impactful and fit-for-purpose publications, web site and social media.
• Supervises Brand Development and Management
• Supervises outsourced services (Web, Graphic Design, Social Media, Media, Copy Writing including AR)
• Manages marketing and communication budgets
