Located in the heart of downtown Chicago, our mission is to feed America's hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks and engage our country in the fight to end hunger.The OpportunityWe have an opportunity for a Manager, Digital Engagement - Cultivation to devise and execute an email marketing strategy to engage and convert email subscribers and prospects to donors, and deliver projected net revenue for the organization. Work with Manager, Digital Engagement - Acquisition, Cultivation Manager DM and Digital Content Manager to fuel engagement and fundraising content on feedingamerica.org and social media.ResponsibilitiesManages strategy, calendar and execution of email marketing program to existing donors and donor prospects.Collaborates with Digital Acquisition Manager and Direct Mail Cultivation Manager to devise acquisition, second gift and core donor strategy integrated cross-channel.Manages email campaign strategy and direct day-to-day digital fundraising agency needsCollaborates with Interactive Project Manager to communicate online business needs and technical requirements needed to successfully execute online engagement and fundraising program. Develops new strategies, tactics and ideas relative to prospect and donor communications, fundraising campaigns and web presence.Designs and manages regular performance metrics of our online activities.  Designs and manages a segmentation plan for email file.Works in partnership with the direct mail program to design an integrated on and offline strategy for donor acquisition and renewal.Works in partnership with the corporate/cause/employee giving team to design, support and execute corporate online promotions.Works in partnership with the Advocacy team to email and digital engagement strategy for advocates.Works with the philanthropy team to meet revenue and expense projections.Manages mobile marketing strategy and vendor relationship. Participates in the development of an annual budget forecast and work plans for web-based and mobile revenue. RequirementsBA/BS with 5+ years' professional experience in digital marketing, online non-profit fundraising and/or direct response marketing or fundraising and bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline required.Excellent writing, editing and communications skills required.Experience in developing creative campaigns and direct marketing offers which inspire action.Excellent skills in organizing and creating web content, applying principals of web-based communications and knowledge of internet giving trends and technologies.Experience with web content management systems required, Convio/Luminate preferred. Familiarity with HTML and other web languages a plus.Understanding of search engine optimization and social media optimization and the role of analytics tools in performance optimization a plus.Experience coordinating and leading cross-department work teamsCommitted to organizational mission of ending hunger.  Apply On-line Send This Job to a FriendDirect link to job posting: https://rew11.ultipro.com/FEE1000/JobBoard/JobDetails.aspx?__ID=*460FA6F84DCE7054
