The Data Analyst is responsible for managing the Aspen Valley Hospital Foundation's database and knowing how to run comprehensive reports to effectively plan, direct, and oversee the implementation of all annual giving / direct marketing strategies (direct mail, telemarketing, e-marketing). The Data Analyst knows how to leverage their expert knowledge of database reporting to increase philanthropic giving and the base of support for the Hospital. This person will also: implement annual giving recognition programs, interact with donors, utilize 'Raiser's Edge' software, and have strong computer proficiencies.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Five years of experience with Database Reporting = Required

Expert level skills with Microsoft Excel = Required

Previous Database development/management experience = Required

Ability and Willingness to effectively interact with Charitable Donors = Required

Previous work at for a charitable/philanthropic organization = Highly Preferred

Working knowledge of Raiser's Edge = Preferred

Associates Degree = Required / Bachelor's Degree = Preferred

Background in direct marketing strategies and healthcare = Preferred
