class year in addressee

 Anyone know of any "best practices" on including or excluding class year from someone's primary addressee field?

    In terms of what? We just started using it, but as an additional addressee. The thought was to be able to choose to use it for different mailings and not be forced to use it when sending general letters. A couple of things to keep in mind are: 1. That you can adjust the format of the class year to be YYYY or 'YY 2. If you have constituents with other schools besides your own, make sure the "Primary Alumni Information" box is unchecked, otherwise the record will show up with a graduation year not from your school.

    Also, it might be already but make sure the class year is marked "conditional" under the addressee/salutation configuration. That way, if you mass add it, it will not show up weird on constituents with out an Alum year.
