Cannot select the tray while printing letters.

 Hi,

I cannot select the appropriate tray while printing our acknowledgement letters. I have divided the letters in 4 groups, in three of them a specific tray is selected and it works just fine while in the fourth, it's impossible to do, it keeps on printing from the common tray where there's no letterhead. I've tried probably everything, still no results. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

 I assume you're using Word to print the letters?

 Sometimes the document has specific print setting saved into the document itself.  Try looking at that.

 (in Word > File > Options > Display and advanced both have some print settings, possibly in other places as well.)
