Senior CRM Business Analyst <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
 This position will help support the users of ECIS, the CRM system of the ELCA. They will work closely with IT and other constituent support team members to provide the needed support and system enhancements to ensure that ECIS users are utilizing the system to its fullest potential. -          Develop and maintain policies and procedures manual for the CRM system-          Work with users and IT to design and manage CRM dashboards, Reports and Queries-          Coordinate testing of all new CRM features, enhancements, fixes and upgrades-          Act as a liaison between IT , constituent support and CRM users-          Research solutions for optimal CRM system use,  assess impact of that use on current business processes-          Partner with Blackbaud to ensure the CRM system is utilized to its fullest potential and meets business needs-          Work closely with gift processing team and response processing vendor to optimize the receipts processing process-          Provide training to new and existing CRM users-          Supervise data quality analysts in the constituent support team

 

 Skills needed
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Advanced writing and editing skills
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solver, and ability to take initiative on projects with limited supervision
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organization skills, meticulous, and detail oriented
  • Ability to challenge the business to help identify risks, deficiencies and control gaps
  • Experience with CRM systems in a fundraising environment is strongly desired
  • Experience with reports/dashboard design
  • 5+ years of experience in related field
  • Bachelor's degree, advanced degree is preferred
