Phonathon Form

I'm in mail - phonathon form and can't seem to run a report. Either I preview all my records or none at all. I am trying to run phonathon reports for a specific date range. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

What are you doing when you get them all vs. get none.  I take it you don't want all records so are you using a query for what records to include? Any filters on gift types/funds etc.?

Also, what do you mean run a report? I think you can only preview/run forms.  Don't think there's really a reporting option - am guessing cause I haven't used this option but...  Or are you trying to export them?

At this point I was just previewing the forms. I had restricted the date on the general tab specifying a date range. The preview option would either lock or give me all records. I would like to run a query to select for LYBUNTS and print the form on phonathon forms. Thanks for any assistance you can give me! It has been a bit since I worked with RE

I'd create the query first and use it instead of all records so when it's processing it's not trying to pull every record in the database.  That can take a while and cause it to lock up. Go to Reports > Analytical > LYBUNT and get a output query (checkbox lower left corner tab 1) of the records you want to include.  Hopefully that's all it is - if you have a large database and are filtering gifts from a certain date range it can be too much.
