Girls Preparatory School in Chattanooga, TN seeks to fill a fulltime position within the Development Office and is accepting applications for an experienced database specialist with skill in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge (RE) or similar constituent software programs. The successful candidate will possess excellent skills in gift processing as well as the expertise to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the RE database.  This position is responsible for gift processing systems, code tables, user rights, and security groups and all global changes/imports, as well as responsible for developing custom reports. Additionally, the position oversees the process of developing RE policies, procedures, and training curricula for users of RE.

Candidates must have three or more years' relevant experience in a professional environment and a record of proven success in a technical/database environment related to constituent management.  Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
