Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois (LCFS) is a social services agency serving children and families of all faiths, races and ethnic backgrounds.

HISTORY

In 1873 Fourteen congregations establish the Addison-based German Evangelical-Lutheran Orphan Home Association of Northern Illinois for children of German Lutheran background. The legal incorporation date is August 13, 1873.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for daily gift processing and timely donor gift acknowledgement in addition to the full oversight vision, strategy and

integrity of the Raiser's Edge donor database, ensuring that the organization is effectively soliciting its entire prospect and donor populations. S/he

ensures that all gift and constituent data is collected, stored and properly used by members of the organization and determines how to best translate stored data into usable, actionable information for the formation and execution of fundraising strategies and metrics.  

REQUIREMENTS

BA/BS with at least 5 years of related experience. Minimum of 2

years experience as a high-level user or database manager of the Raiser's Edge w/ Crystal Reports experience. Strong knowledge of

the overall fundraising process. You must be able to effectively communicate with staff in all departments using strong written and oral communication skills. Available until filled.    EOE
