Position Summary: The Advancement Manager - Constituent Records is responsible for maintaining comprehensive constituent and gift records, including coordination of gift processing, updating donor information and coding necessary for accurate mailing lists, financial reports and prospect research. Position provides analysis of records to improve fundraising strategies for cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of prospect/donor groups. The manager is a member of the statewide advancement team and reports to the Director of Constituent Relations. Responsibilities: 1. Maintain the comprehensive agency-wide development database for donor and constituent records; 2. Evaluate constituent data to provide comprehensive reports on advancement initiatives including broad-based appeals, donor retention efforts, solicitation effectiveness, and other strategic benchmarks. 3. Work with Director of Constituent Relations to develop and implement a prospect research and fundraising analytics plan; 4. Provide development reports to vice president as required, including financial reports, statistical analysis reports, and donor profiles; 5. Provide training for development staff to ensure donor database is utilized fully and properly; 6. Provide backup support for gift acknowledgements and batch-processing when needed; 7. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Education and Experience:
