How do you upload a letter to RE from a hosted environment?

I have created a Word template outside of RE and uploaded it to Blackbaud Hosting Services, but can't figure out to upload it into RE. Thanks!

Hi Amy,

 Letters can be created in two different places in The Raiser's Edge. Letters created in Mail, such as Donor Acknowledge letters, are designed to generate documents for mutlple letters at a time, whereas a letter setup in Configuration allows the user to generate a single letter at a time from the record.

 When creating your letters, whether in Mail or Config, you can copy and paste from a template. Because you are hosted, you must upload that letter to your Files Folder. Once in your Files Folder, you can open the letter, Select All and copy it. Then in The Raiser's Edge, prepare your letters as you normally would and when 'editing the merge document' that is where you would paste the letter template for your merge.
