Overview:

Provides management, guidance, training, customization, and technical support for the Foundation Management Information System (The Raisers Edge), the Foundation Website System (Blackbaud NetCommunity), and for the Foundation Accounting System (The Financial Edge). The Raiser's Edge includes the Foundation database, auxiliary modules and software.



As the administrator of Raiser's Edge, this position will be responsible for all code tables, user rights and security groups and all global changes/imports as well as maintaining and developing custom reports that may be required. This position must keep up with the latest changes to Raiser's Edge and apply patches and updates when necessary.



As an expert, develop Raiser's Edge policies and procedures and the plan and execute Raiser's Edge training curriculum for users from the beginner to the advanced level. Develop optional modules and proactively assist users in determining the most efficient ways to utilize the Raiser's Edge.
