Export from Dashboard:Total Receipted Amount

We are working on our first ever Annual Statements and need help. I ran a query which included Output of the field of Total Receipted Amount under Summary (so it would be gift less any benefit). When using the EXPORT tab on dashboard I couldn't recreate and recreating it, because doesn't have a Total Receipted Amount under Summary. Am I missing it? What can I do to fix it and get that information? ps: We looked in reports, but didn't like those canned options, so we were exporting the list to Excel to remove duplicates and create our own. Maybe we are creating way too much work for ourselves. Thanks, Lisa

Lisa, I can't access RE dashboards right now so help me out.  Why are you using export tab on dashboard? 

You should be able to take your query directly to the export function, do a constituent export (you'll be able to pull Summary fields with constituent, but not gift), and it should generate your list - one record per constituent.  Shouldn't have to de-dup unless you're dealling with combining/editing spouse SC.

As I said, I can't access my dashboards right now but I'm guessing the summary is not available as dashboard is creating gift query, not constituent.
