The Gift Management Assistant's primary responsibilities include processing donations on a daily basis including gift entry in the Raiser's Edge database, processing acknowledgment letters and supporting documents, and filing. 

The Gift Management Assistant reports to the Vice President, Finance & Operations and works closely with the Development team.  The ideal candidate must be proficient with the Raiser's Edge database, have tremendous attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently and juggle competing priorities. 

 

The ability to positively interact with staff, DPS staff, donors and others in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient is valued.  Exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skills are equally important.
