How do you pull benefits into a year-end export?

I am attempting to send out tax letters for every gift received in 2013 and group each donor's gifts throughout the year into one letter (instead of having a separate letter for each donation). The issue I am running into is trying to also pull in the total value of their "benefits" received for each gift. I have a table built that breaks each column down as follows: Fund, Donation Amount, Date, Benefit (Fair Market Value). I want to be able to pull in the benefit amount for each gift so they can deduct that amount from their total donation to determine their "taxable donation." Does anyone have any advice?
