The Technology Manager is responsible for the management and integration of all computer systems including the Make-A-Wish Suite (Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge, Wish Module and other accompanying additional modules), web sites and email platforms.  The Technology Manager ensures maximum utilization of the databases including data integrity, data extraction, report customization and analysis.  The Manager is responsible for coordinating and providing training, coordinating technology needs for all departments and maintaining strict policies and procedures for the database systems.  The Technology Manager also oversees the technology vendor, IT consultants, and overall maintenance of the IT infrastructure including the Foundation's network, hardware, software and e-mail systems.
