The Donor Care Manager supports the Development team by defining processes for and managing the constituent information in the donor database.  The Donor Care Manager will maintain all information in Raiser's Edge and will acknowledge all donations (cash and in-kind) made to Make-A-Wish Michigan. The Manager acts as the first line of customer services regarding donor-related issues.
