The DOD will play a critical role in establishing the technical vision for, and leading all strategic operations of, the Partners Healthcare (PHS) fundraising technology infrastructure.  In building trusting relationships with PHS Information Systems, PHS Audit, PHS Finance, PHS IS Security, multiple audiences within the Partners affiliates, Blackbaud and other vendors, this candidate will manage the organization's technical landscape, end-user training, utilization of current and future applications, and the technical support of business requirements that impact fundraising activities.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
 

 

Qualifications: Graduate degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years experience in developing, implementing, managing, and supporting large-scale information systems. At least 5 years experience in designing the architecture of enterprise-level web applications. Project management and client service experience required.

 

The ideal candidate for will be a seasoned information services professional having a wide range of skills. Candidates should have deep technical experience in areas involving large, complex data processing systems, third-party software management, business intelligence and reporting tools, and web and mobile platforms. Candidates should also have knowledge of communications, change management, consensus building, and negotiations.
