Archiving letter templates in mail

Hi,

It would be really useful to be able to have an indicator of old/inactive letter templates that are no longer being used in "Mail" as I am looking at hundreds of historical letter templates that are no longer being used. I would just like to be able to see a list of all the "active" ones that are currently being used.
