Description: The Manager of Gift Processing is a key member of the Brigham and Women's Hospital Development Team, currently engaged in an ambitious $1 billion fundraising campaign. Themed "Life.Giving.Breakthroughs.", the campaign focuses on transforming the future of medicine with breakthroughs that save and restore lives. The Manager will play an integral role in maintaining and managing Raiser's Edge and primary responsibilities include data maintenance and processing of charitable gifts, pledges, and biographical information. S/he will oversee daily workflow of gift, acknowledgement, and tribute notification protocols and serve as liaison with the BWH Finance team. S/he will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the department's gift policies and procedures. S/he will ensure adherence to all Partners Healthcare Gift Acceptance policies, BWH gift procedures, accepted peer and CASE standards, and IRS guidelines.  <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
 Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred. 4-7 years of experience as a Gift Processor in non-profit organization and previous work experience in Accounting. Strong familiarity with The Raiser's Edge and understanding of fundraising required. Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience to establish priorities, organize tasks, direct effective implementation of tasks in a high-pressure environment.
