Crystal Reports breaking after a certain point

Hello, 

It seems every year our Crystal Report breaks when it come to our Annual Awards Gala Report. This year it stopped working as I was trying to enter all the Silent Auction wins from the Awards Gala night. The Grand Total is no longer working and it only pulls about half of the Silent Auction donations. It still seems to be counting tickets fine, but is completely bonkers with donations. Is this a usual problem that after a certain threshold these reports stop working properly. Shouldn't they be able to handle large amounts of information? I have double checked how all the gifts in question were entered and they are all correct. It's just not linking with the report. 

 Any help to resolve this issue would be appreciated. Thank you!

I think we'll need more information before anyone can help. What fields are you exporting? How are things coded? How is your report grouped? How are your summaries set up?
