Create EFT Transmission Files endless loop - any other organisation having this specific problem?

Hi all, We have been having major problems with Create EFT Transmission Files going into an endless loop ever since we upgraded to Raiser's Edge 7.92 (from 7.82) six months ago. Something approaching 50% of batches will hit this problem. Most will go through the second time but sometimes we have to try three or four times before getting a successful transmission. The symptoms are that the process will sit there for ages (hours if we let it), chewing 50% of the CPU and not giving any error messages or other useful information. At Blackbaud's end the BBPS screen will show them that the batch is sitting in an "Uploading data" state. The transactions never reach our bank's payment gateway. The problem is not caused by anything in the batch or related records themselves, because a subsequent try on the same batch will succeed with no records having been changed. Blackbaud has advised us that other organisations who have had this problem before have fixed internal network or server issues and resolved the problem. However, they have been unable to give us contact details for any other such organisation. If you have had this problem before I would love to find out what you did to fix or work around it. Even if you don't know how you fixed it, I'd love to know that you had it because I don't even know how many other organisations have this problem. Please contact me.
