Position Summary

Mitchell College is currently seeking a Director of Advancement Services and Stewardship, who will work directly with the Vice President, and will be responsible for the advancement and communication division's prospect research, database management, gift processing, reporting, stewardship, systems and software support, training of the advancement office staff and scheduling student workers. Additionally, this position will direct staff in the timeliness and accuracy of gift receipts to donors, as well as benchmarks and reports on gift receipting production in accordance with IRS and CASE standards, conduct research to identify and qualify donor prospects and maintain a prospect management/tracking system, manage the Raiser's Edge and ultimately, support the advancement and communications stewardship program by overseeing annual donor stewardship of student award and scholarship funds.
