POSITION SUMMARY

Full-Time, Exempt Position

Reports to: Associate Director of Development

Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco (HHGSF) partners with working families and the community to build affordable ownership homes in Marin, San Francisco and the Peninsula. As a critical part of the Fund Development team the Development Officer will steward and grow relationships with individual mid-level and major donors, grow the pipeline of qualified prospects, support key donor cultivation events, and help develop and manage the team's systems and procedures, including the expansion of a nascent moves management system. The Development Officer will play a key role in strategically designing, implementing and effectively executing key fundraising activities to support HHGSF's operating budget, programs, and growth.

The Development Officer must possess excellent organizational ability, a meticulous attention to detail, and superior verbal and written communication skills. The Development Officer will have a proven ability to maintain a professional manner through effective interpersonal skills within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
