Appeal Results - Donor Name Donor Giving & Contact Info.

 Can some one give me a suggestion for this report -  I just had an event and management wants a list of donors  that gave to our FY appeal

They want the Constituent Name Gift amount (GIK and Monetary) Telephone and email.   If Constituent is an organizations we need the contact info.   

 I completed an export and got the results I was looking for but the  data seems to go on forever. 

I created a constituent profile including the appeal  info they requested.  

They do not like this format and want it in an excel format.

 Im looking for the cleanest version   - Any Tips.

What do you mean by "data seems to go on forever"?  Do you mean you have every record in your database?  If so, don't forget to limit the records you want included in your export.  Create a query of the donors who gave to the appeal and then use that query as records to include in your export.

Do you mean the list of gifts goes on forever?  You may need to make more narrow criteria - only export gift info for gifts to your FY appeal.

If you mean something else, post with more details so we can possibly help.

Needing to include GIK and wanting both telephone and email does exclude many of the canned reports.  You should be able to get what you need with export, though.
