Strake Jesuit College Preparatory http://www.strakejesuit.org POSITION DESCRIPTION Department: Development Office Position: Director of Annual Funds/Gift Officer POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Annual Funds is responsible for the planning, building and execution of a comprehensive annual fund program, encompassing annual gifts from current and former parents, alumni and other constituencies. Specifically, this position is actively involved in developing and maintaining positive relationships with donors, soliciting gifts, research, prepare and track grant opportunities as well as coordinating donor recognition and stewardship activities. Other responsibilities of the Director of Annual Funds include managing all school grant request to Foundations. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: The Director of Annual Funds reports to the Director of Development. This position coordinates and oversees volunteers working on various projects related to the annual fund.
