The Division of Overseas Ministries of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Database Manager to provide support services, database management and entry, and secretarial functions to the Office of Resource Development. The successful candidate will have high levels of proficiency in Raiser's Edge 7, Microsoft Office, desktop publishing, and photo programs. The position calls for the ability to interact effectively and sensitively in general and specifically in relation to fundraising/development with persons from diverse backgrounds and cultures. The ability to perform basic secretarial tasks such as typing/proofing/formatting skills, transcribe/edit from dictation and rough draft. Knowledge of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), the United Church of Christ and of global mission work is a plus.  The position is located in Indianapolis, IN.
