Help with a simple formula.

Hello,

I am trying to come up with what I know is a simple formula but I am stuck.  All I need is to create a formula that will give me the sum of all gift amounts on a specific date. My end result is to have  a report that will show ACROSS the total amount for all gifts on a specific date over several years. Basically what I have below here.  I would imagine it is the same formula over and over just tweaked slightly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

 Try using a cross tab report instead.

Did you try using running totals?
