Database Curator Assistant

Bishop Lynch High School is looking for a Database Curator Assistant to input and verify data collected in order to meet the information needs of various departments.  The Database Curator Assistant will be responsible for the data that supports ongoing prospective donor identification, alumni tracking, solicitation and event management.

Reports to: Director of Technology

Employment Status: Full Time/Non-exempt

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

- Setup and maintain accurate and up-to-date database information for Raiser's Edge constituents and events

- Be able to identify constituent records and perform research between The Raiser's Edge and The Researcher's Edge analysis system

- Design and create detailed accurate reports and data queries in order to facilitate prospect research requests, mailings, etc.

- Demonstrates good judgment in evaluating information for entry of highly sensitive information

- Assist as needed with Education Edge, and transcript records

Qualifications include:

- Bachelor's degree is preferred and 2+ years equivalent work experience.

- EducationEdge, Raiser's Edge, experience preferred

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

- Proven technical skills, the ability to multi-task and meet various deadlines.

- Evidence of energy, creativity, flexibility, sensitivity and a positive can-do attitude that is looking for growth in job responsibility.

- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a self-starter
