SIS/FRS APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST Brentwood School, a vibrant and diverse K-12 independent school, is seeking an experienced SIS/FRS Application Support Analyst. The Application Support Analyst is a member of the Brentwood School Technology Department and reports to the Director of Systems Technology. The support analyst works with a variety of people to support SIS/FRS system, and information use. The position is responsible for supporting Student Information System/Financial Records System Applications (SIS/FRS Apps) including but not limited to BlackBaud and InfoSnap. The Application Support Analyst will support end-users including various Divisional SIS/FRS Apps users as well as faculty, staff, parents, and students. The support analyst will keep up with advances in the systems as the technology evolves and changes are made to increase the efficiency of the program. The support analyst will collaborate with end users who maintain applications that are dependent on information housed in the SIS/FRS systems, such as learning management systems. A member of the IT staff needs to be capable of evolving with the program by continually learning how to support SIS/FRS end users and anticipating future needs. As a member of the technology department in an educational environment, the support analyst should be a self-directed and highly motivated learner who is aware of trends and best practices.
